Allow to globally replace the Scheduler/Executor/ExceptionHandler

There is some truth in what is mentioned in #7:
Most applications probably do not need to have these actors defined per method but would rather like to globally replace their default instances.

I should come up with a consistent way to globally configure the Scheduler, Executor and ExceptionHandler
