Unable to cap SPL/SPTT

Hi, I just started using G-Helper on my 2022 ROG Strix (Ryzen 7 4800H/RTX 3060). I'm trying to cap the SPL/SPTT of the CPU at 20 watts/30 watts to keep the temperatures in check, but the power limits don't seem to be working because on MSI Afterburner I can see the CPU exceeding the limits. Could it be that this function doesn't work on Ryzen 7 CPU's? Because I know the undervolting feature only works on Ryzen 9
