Describe how to update the SCTP AUTH keys to disallow replay attacks (sequence number wrap around). This is the second issue in SCTP-AUTH (RFC 4895) is Broken and Insecure.
AUTH could also be extended as described in the fourth point in Comments on draft-tuexen-tsvwg-rfc4895-bis-04.
