Reminders shifted in time

Steps to reproduce

I have setup reminders at the same time for every working day.

Expected behaviour

Reminders should come at configured time

Observed behaviour (that appears unintentional)

I get reminders in different time:

• Sometimes they arrive on time
• Sometimes with the shift of 1 minute
• Sometimes with the shift of 1 hour (it may happen 1 hour after or 1 hour in advance)

I don't see any pattern, it happens just randomly.

Server configuration

Ubuntu

Mattermost version:
6.5.0

Remind version:
v0.4.5

Updated from an older Remind bot version or fresh install:
