GUI: Better file parameter widget #142

It should:

Indicate supported file types (see Report of test of widgets for DREAM essdiffraction#108).
Offer a dialogue for selecting a local file. There still needs to be an option to add files by path when running a remote Jupyter instance.
Clearly indicate whether one or multiple files are supported.
