Add ability to manually specify the position(s) data processed in the file

Now precomp handles the file is completely. This can significantly increase the time for similar files, if known approximate location of the data. Often the data for pre-compression located approximately at the same locations inside the group of similar files. Knowing the approximate positions where the compressed data inside the files, you can significantly increase the file processing speed. The program does not have to read the whole file, but only need to parse the specified file position. Information about positions of recompressed streams can be show to user after end work of program for use this in future.
