Description

When using the "Scheduled Publishing plugin", I would like to target a particular revision of a document when creating a schedule.

As of today, this is only possible to achieve using the Scheduling API. In particular ifRevisionId request body parameter needs to be specified to target a particular revision of a document in a schedule.

What problem would this solve?

Please make sure this is not a bug report in disguise - it must be a net new addition to Sanity, not a fix for a bug.

Customer impact

The request came from Love Holidays.

A somewhat related issue has also been filed on GitHub, stating the limitation of the plugin versus the Scheduling API.

Will solving this problem require new documentation?
