Move delete content & recover files options to the box content sub menu

Describe what you noticed and did

Its a trivial problem but it always catches me out. I look for both of these options and I always go to the Box Contents parent expecting to manage the box contents via that sub menu. I then find myself navigating back out to find the options I'm looking for at the layer above.

It seems logical to me to have all of the box content operations under the box content sub menu.
