In an attempt to reduce load, we just increased the robots timeout from 20 seconds to 300. Just noting it here while we're doing additional troubleshooting.

I believe the robots.txt file was in the static/htdocs folder in moinmoin's virtualenv, if anyone needs to change it back later.

I saw some very long running accesses to PageSize, and followed the instructions at the bottom of this page to change the ACL so that PageSize can only be accessed by logged-in users:
