Version selector breaks table footnotes

This issue was reported to ROS-Industrial ros-industrial/ros_industrial_issues#31. The table footnotes on the main page are broken/incorrect. It appears all the footnotes, from all the versions are listed. Also, the table links do not work.

The versions specific pages (ex. indigo) work as expected. The version selector on the main page simply selects between different version specific pages.
