mode 1 / 2 ch3

Hi, I've programmed and modified around 5 i6's with this 14 ch mod for club members.

I've recently bought another i6, for myself, and carried out the modifications.
In Mode 2 & 4, if I operate the SWB, I get a movement on channel3, not a lot, but enough to start the motors.
In Mode 1 & 3, this doesn't happen.
Checked modifications, all correct.
Tried re-flashing the eeprom, but still the same.
I have an electronics background.
