tab theme addition

The pulse tab themes (i use vertical) are WAY better than the default mozilla ones because it is easier to distinguish the current tab from the rest of them (mozilla theme is too flat, so it all mushes together).

However, the mozilla theme (system-theme-auto) pulls in the color settings applied to my OS. It would be perfect if there was a pulse style theme that also pulled the system wide colors.
