Sidebar should be cleaned up for more space

Currently, the sidebar displays scale and color information when a scale is selected.
It could be beneficial to display only scale information when a scale is selected and only show color information when a color is selected inside the scale. This also means a color doesn't always have to be selected when viewing a scale.
This will clear up space in the sidebar and give less visual clutter overall.
It would allow adding extra options, such as looking at the values of curves in the sidebar, just like when editing a shared curve.

In addition to splitting the sidebars, the different sections in the sidebar should be collapsible.

Currently, there are a lot of exciting ideas, but if there is no space in the sidebar, it may become difficult to add them due to a lack of visibility and clarity in the sidebar.

If this gets approved, and it takes longer than two weeks for someone to start adding this, I will (I'll have graduated by then and have an ocean of time).
