Move from rttr to a different runtime reflection library which is maintained

rttr does not seem to be maintained and from the sustainability perspective it makes sense to move to a different runtime reflection library, for example Refureku or refl-cpp. This change is necessitated also because rttr relies on third party packages which can cause difficult issues. This conclusion was drawn after a detailed discussion with @fsimonis.
