Can't find a way to add Mac 'globe' key to non-Apple keyboard

I can't find a way to add a Globe key using Karabiner (or Mac's own Settings, or Logi's Options+ app either).
Should this be possible?

The fn key and the Globe key are the same, and Karabiner-Elements refers to it as the fn key. You can add the Globe key by remapping a key to the fn key.
