Fund issues anonymously

Someone requested to fund an issue anonymously which we do not support today.

Currently, our default is that we show avatars in the badge and on the site to recognize those who funded an issue & for maintainers to see who has funded them. You could fund semi-anonymously, or rather obfuscate your identity, by funding upfront and using a private email. However, it's not truly an anonymous pledge that we specifically filter out, hide etc from our API & dashboard for maintainers. So this feature request is to capture the desire to have such support.
