Polar Sveltekit is ready

Hey,

I am finally done testing the implementation of https://github.com/rotimi-best/polar-sveltekit.

Here is a DEMO

I used it to move @classroomio from lemonsqueezy to polar and here is my working PR

Here are the 2 main files that relates to this package

Will make it live and will try testing with production envs, I tested with the sandbox and it worked fine.

Do you mind guiding me on what is needed to make this package live on polar? maybe some docs improvements as well. I'd be happy to help.

I'll go ahead and fork this, and publish it as @polar-sh/sveltekit if you don't mind. Will also add some documentation around it on our Documentation pages.

@rotimi-best Cool. I've renamed this repo to polar-adapters, and published the sveltekit package as @polar-sh/sveltekit.
