[FEAT] Auto connect service

give the app accessibility permission such that, it can make use of that accessibility permission to automatically address the prompt thrown by the wireless adb.

but before this is done, a check to see if the service is running which triggers auto start if not has to be added.

additionally, shizuku dependencies needs to be updated which might fix adbd crashes (i believe this is not the cause)
