To run the admin panel on a specific port you can use the --port Next.js' CLI argument - pnpm dev --port 3001 https://nextjs.org/docs/pages/api-reference/cli/next#next-dev-options

I have added this in packge.json file
"dev": "cross-env NODE_OPTIONS=--no-deprecation next dev --port 8000", works fine,
but if i put PORT=8000 in env file it doesn't work
