Periodically rebuild sandcastle container images due to low activity here #170

Let's periodically rebuild sandcastle prod/stg images so that we have the latest greatest bits.

This is mostly triggered by rsync being updated and stopping to work as result (different version b/w sandcastle and worker), found by @spotlesstofu
