Adding feed only downloads 10 most recent posts

Hi,

I'd like to add https://carcinisation.com/feed/ to my feeds, because I want to read and remember https://carcinisation.com/2020/01/27/ignorance-a-skilled-practice/. When I add the feed, only the 10 most recent posts get downloaded, which don't include the post I want to read. Is it possible to get all posts? I know it wouldn't work for huge feeds like HackerNews but in general my feeds are not at all this large.

This feed contains only the last 10 entries https://carcinisation.com/feed/

There is no way fetch entries not present in the feed.
