Table of Content (for figures, tables,...) #8

Does the current ISO directives/style include the requirement to have a list of figures, tables and I assume equations? In the past I seem to recall that they were required, but in a quick scan of the directives I didn't find anything mentioned. If they are required (or optional) is there a flag that needs to be set so metanorma will generate them? |

Both the ISO DIR and ISO House Style do not describe provisions for the "List of {Figures,Tables}". Previous ISO documents had some of them on occasion, but they are no longer supported at ISO. The current practice at ISO Editorial is to "allow" them if they exist, but are discouraged. Metanorma supports generating them by specifying these flags:
