Thank you @douglm and apologies for getting back to you so late. Missed the notification on this one obviously!

Could you point us out to the source so we can debug this?

I believe the "hanging paragraph" warning means that there is a particular paragraph that cannot be uniquely referred to as a clause. A hanging paragraph is considered poor practice and hence raises a warning because of this reason.

e.g.

== Clause 1

This is a hanging paragraph.

=== Clause 1.1 

The above paragraph is considered "hanging" because "Clause 1" refers
to the entire Clause 1 (which contains Clause 1.1); the "hanging paragraph"
does not have a unique reference.
