This package would contain only the models, not some benchmark tools. A name could be
OptimalControlProblems.jl.
We could list the problem we want to add in the package. We have some:

We could provide an extension that conform our model to the OptimizationProblems.jl API.
Note
The needed metadata for OptimizationProblems.jl may be computed automatically from the model.
