建议群文件的参数增加群文件夹路径 #70

现在的上传群组文件不支持群文件夹路径
比如我想上传1.TXT到今天这个群文件夹下，不支持。只能上传到群组根目录。

另外，建议增加创建群文件夹、删除群文件夹、删除群文件等相关API
