Problem

There is a distinct lack of central, official documentation on what MFEs exist, what purpose they serve, and on the ones that are in active development, what state of completion they’re in.

Product/Platform Value

When solved, this would pave the way for increased platform adoption.

Acceptance Criteria

Develop a centralized, canonical repository of MFE metadata that gets provisioned with new MFE metadata automatically via openedx.yaml.

I think we should plan for this data to be in backstage -- catalog-info.yaml -- rather than openedx.yml.
