Reload command prints prompt multiple times

So I do not run the same exact dot file configuration like Nick as I deviate from it. My prompt on reload is a little screwed up as when I do reload! I see my prompt multiple times

Here is my prompt config, can anyone see why it would print so many times?

I am seeing the same thing. It looks like for me, if I remove the zfetch in my zshrc, along with the fnm instantiation it goes away.

I moved to starship so I can close if you think this is not an issue
