Assistant UI in Text is truncated

Describe the Bug

When calling the inline Assistant UI from within Text using the ✨ button, the Assistant UI is truncated, cut off, too small for the content and has a scroll bar.

Expected Behavior

Expect the UI to be larger, more spacious (since the user is manipulating text in this dialogue), that all the necessary UI elements fit in the floating Assistant window

To Reproduce

1. open a .md document in Text
2. highlight some text, select the ✨ located in the document/beside the text
