It would be possible, though it may proof to be inconvenient as we unfortunately don't have a proper library that you could use in your game. That means you could only write your own Mumble client (integrated in your game) and then either also implement your own Mumble server implementation in your game's server or run a separate Mumble server that your game clients connect their voice to.
