Can you give more context? On iOS and Android the pop menus are native controls and thus follow the styling on the platforms.

on ios there is too much blur when you tap and hold. how do you remove the blur when press and hold?

That is how native iOS context preview work. If you just want a dropdown you need to use it in menu mode
