Describe the bug

CodeCov pipeline error ist not recognized:
https://github.com/mll-lab/php-utils/actions/runs/12251748705/job/34176977594?pr=42#step:6:34

Expected behavior/Solution

pipeline errors should not let the job succeed
Pipeline should not fail
