  • Complete text amends from feedback previously provided. Responsible: Helen
  • Set a go-live date and agree with Helen, Rob, Warsome, Anna, Alex, and Emma. Responsible: Rob
  • Agree for the Google Site for HMPPS style guide to be decommissioned, or changed (?) after go-live date. Responsible: Rob
  • Setup private Slack channel for content style guide contributions
  • Invite Rob, Warsome, Anna, Alex, and Emma to the channel. Responsible: Helen
  • Release Content Style Guide. Responsible: Helen, Murray and Rob
  • Communicate to Content Design profession that a style guide is on the MoJ Design System documentation site. Responsible: Helen
  • Communicate to Content Design profession how they can suggest adding a new entry or suggest editing an existing entry. Responsible: Anna, Emma, and Alex
  • Decommission, or change (?), the HMPPS style guide. Responsible: Emma
  • Design and build a page to show versioning. Responsible: Murray and Helen
  • Release version page. Responsible: Helen, Murray and Rob
  • Create and pin a template for 'editing an existing entry', and 'adding a new entry'. Responsible: Helen
  • Create a SLA for content style guide changes and circulate for agreement with Anna, Emma, and Alex. Responsible: Rob and Helen

Measuring the style guide: GDS look at source traffic and have GA on the accordions open/close. CC @robertjmccarthy

@helennickols there's a ticket created for measuring the style guide: #1050

This is part of the metrics dashboard epic and is marked for progress in cycle 7.

Versioning has the go-ahead from leads.

Update from stand-up:
Versioning is ready to be released, pending a new entry featuring in it (I can make the small content changes to delete the holding text). Once one has been confirmed, I will add it here and let the team know.
