Design a way for users to add to an existing component in the community space

What

Design a a way for users to submit something (i.e. assets like code or link to Figma design) to an existing component in the community space. The submission will go to the MoJ Design System team, which the team will review and (if accepted) add to the existing component on the community space in the design system's documentation website.

Why

To help users add to existing components to share their work, and contribute to the community space for other users to reuse.
