Automate script for analytics dashboard

What

Create a way to automatically run the python script to populate the analytics dashboard. The plan is to use a separate repo to host the script and run it on a schedule using Github actions.

Why

We need to run the script every day in order for the dashboard to connect and read in the data.

@Whersi pretty much the same. Looking over the ticket, it looks like the GOV.UK DS team are aiming to have metrics automatically displayed on a single dashboard, which is what we want to be able to do.

I'm speaking to Github Account Managers to see if we can unblock the limit on the API search. @chrispymm is also going to be looking at this work to see if there's some workaround that can be achieved by using the dependent repositories.
