What

Make changes to content style guide. These are ones which were not critical for when it was released on 18 Dec 2024. Others in doc.

Why

Improve user experience for people who may not have access to Trello board. Improve consistency of other terms.

Who needs to be involved

When the changes have been made or it's agreed that they don't need to be.
