Standards checklist

As a team, carry out a check of the following checklist to ensure the building block meets the MoJ Design System standard.

Content Designer

  • Does the documentation follow the templated structure?
  • Does the documentation follow the GOV and MoJ style guide?
  • Has documentation for the building block been added to the MoJ Design System staging website in readiness for release?

Developer

  • Has the building block been coded in HTML?
  • Has the building block been coded in Nunjucks?
  • Is the building block responsive for desktop and mobile devices (where applicable)?
  • If applicable, has the building block been progressively enhanced?
  • Has the building block passed all automated tests?
  • Does the building block follow the GOV Design System coding conventions?
  • Has the building block been peer reviewed?

Interaction Designer

  • Is the building block available in the MoJ Figma Kit ready for release?

Lead and DM

  • Has the building block had the involvement, input and review of an Interaction Designer?
  • Has the building block had the involvement, input and review of a Content Designer?
  • Has the building block had the involvement, input and review of a Developer?
  • Has the building block had the involvement, input and review of an Accessibility Specialist?
  • Is the building block WCAG 2.2. compliant?
  • Have all standards been met?
