Version number in CLI

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Description

Will will be possible to get only the version number from CLI. Something like

LosslessCut-linux-x86_64.AppImage --version

I am doing an automated check for upgrading to latest version and I need to see what version I have installed.
