The band plan is in HTML text, so some conversion to an image will be probably needed.

I took a look at this over the weekend. Changing the colors to something easier on the eyes is easy enough, but two issues persist:

1. For some reason, the text at the top absolutely refuses to wrap elegantly. It either won't wrap at all, or, if forced to, will only wrap letter by letter with no consideration for word boundaries, even if explicitly told to do so in CSS.
2. The 10m band chart is simply missing. The boundary text is mashed in with the footer, but the graph is not present. If it's hiding in the HTML I couldn't find it.
