Test round-trips against all extant RFC XML v3 files #4

We should test against the rfc-editor.org set of RFC XML files for round-tripping.

The gem successfully round-trips the two documents we have, but we need more.

All RFC XML files can be found here:

RFC 8650 onwards https://www.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/tar/xmlsource-all.tar.gz

Only RFC 8650 onwards exist as RFC XML files. We need to test round-tripping all those.
