I cannot access any of the documents on https://extranet.itu.int/brdocsearch/R-QUE/Forms/folders_inforce.aspx : Word documents do not download, and keep timing out in the Web interface. @ronaldtse I assume we still want to support ITU-R Questions. Can you or @taddhar provide a sample?

In Handbook:

  • Asset numbering is current subclause-Arabic numeral, e.g. Table 6.1.4-2. This extends to formulas.
  • One table has a Roman instead of Arabic numeral. At this stage, I do not propose to implement that, and we can always manually override numbering.
  • Bibliographies appear after each chapter
  • Each clause is a chapter
  • Figure numbers are in all-caps after image, followed by caption in boldface all-caps
  • Table numbers are in all-caps, followed by caption in boldface all-caps, followed by table
  • Keys in Word are tables
  • Chapters have annexes, which have Roman numbering

... Are we actually expected to render these? If not, I'd rather not embark on this; we do have #514 as a higher priority.

If the source request in relaton/relaton-itu#42 was only to support handbook and question in he Relaton grammar, that was done a long time ago...

Ahhh, Hi @opoudjis, so as you know there are 3 so-called 'sectors' in the ITU, the R, the T and the D and my company only pays for membership in the T sector so I cannot access anything in the R sector.

Now, why don't we ask the ITU Staff? Perhaps Simao can help us here? What do you need exactly?

@opoudjis let’s prioritize @taddhar ’s needs first. Thanks!
