What is the proper format for cross-referencing equations in ITU? Should the corresponding subsection number be included in the cross-reference?
Original ITU documents sometimes use only keyword "Equation" and its number, e.g. "Equation 3-1". On the other hand, they sometimes also indicate the subsection where the equation is located, e.g. "from clause 6.3.1.3.4, Equation 6-11"-
Generated DOC doesn't include a subsection number, and it adds extra brackets, e.g. "Equation (3-1)".
Generated PDF adds extra brackets, as well as the subsection number, in case the equation is not located in the same section where it is cross-referenced, e.g. "Equation (3-1) in 3.4.1.4".
