Improvement: Directly after adding Plaid account, no visual feedback shows to the user

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After adding a Plaid account, the accounts page shows an empty screen for a short period of time with no visual loading feedback:

1. Plaid succeeds
2. User redirected to accounts page
3. User doesn't see anything for a few seconds
4. Plaid account shows

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

A user should see a loading state until the Plaid item is added to the DB.

@justinfar oftentimes, there will be other accounts already on the accounts page, so I was thinking either a full screen overlay loader or something inline?

@zachgoll think an inline spinner with "Loading accounts ..." here could work just to show some feedback
