Incredible that I can find no tool with such no click simplicity. Seems a wonderful niche in which Xviewer could excel. Extract the GPS data from EXIF fields, if available on the right-click menu include "Open in Google Maps" which opens in a browser the location of the photo zoomed to street level.
If more generality is desired, perhaps a setting in which a preferred map view can be selected, and perhaps a general one configured with a URL that has GET params fields for lat and lon.
