Left side is spiky when hovering over the window preview

Steps to reproduce

Use Cinnamon desktop theme

Expected behavior

For it to be round and smooth not spiky. Below is an image of how it looks when not hovering over the window preview

Additional information

Here are some things I tried to fix it:

Disabled all third party applets
Restarting Cinnamon
Rebooting
