Apparently 50Gb is not enough for parallel OpenRISC runs and Docker on the same host.
We need to move Docker builder to a separate machine like it was organized initially. Using EC2 plugin for that (or similar) would be a good solution to optimize the resource usage.

@imphil@wallento Would it be possible to get an access to the LibreCores CI on AWS? I might be able to reconfigure it to consume on-demand resources to increase the capacity and reduce the cost.
