Sorting for Telescope and/or extensibility

I was looking to find the slowest queries/requests through Telescope but there's no sorting available on the front end.

For testing purposes, I brutally duplicated the queries endpoint and everything else that needed changing to handle sorting for queries based on content->time and for requests based on content->duration.

I am curious if there's interest in developing either the functionality itself or building some mechanism that allows extending features such as sorting and providing aggregated extractions of data for that specific type.

Looking forward to hearing feedback or different ways of reaching those results.
