Option to run multiple processes at once with php artisan serve

Give the Developers the option to run multiple processes at once with php artisan serve like npm run dev or php artisan horizon. I find it really annoying to have three terminals open at once. I know that I could achieve this somehow with bash, but that wouldn’t work on Windows without WSL and is really annoying to set up.
