[autolink] Should restrict search for story strictly to those with the prefix #5

Two things are compounding to make this component less useful since it links to wrong stories:

GitHub ignores the square brackets when searching: this means that we match stories that don't have the given prefix, but just have the word inside it anywhere in title
We're not restricting the search to the title, making the above even worse.

kzu added a commit that referenced this issue


          Fixed AutoLink to avoid linking to closed or wrong stories.
