Add ability to parse usernames out of an email address

When importing the user names, an option to removed everything after the "@" 
character in a user name should be surfaced.  This will allow the import 
function to be more useful when importing the types of files that it will 
likely see.

This can be done automatically or a check box could be used to enable the 
feature.
