Is it possible to read the serial number of the roomba? Is it stored on roomba itself?

Depends on model in the i7 you have it under the bin at the irobot club select just model and it will tell where serial number is located on the robot

If you have your robot connected to the mobile app, it'll show it in the About under Product Settings
